		<description>Great post. I think that so many people get into that trap that if they don&#039;t have a ton of time, then they can&#039;t really make a difference. I was like that, and then I just started to do what I could. A ten minute run every day after work or yoga when I could manage it. A  hike, a walk, running up stairs. It really has made a difference, surprisingly so.

		<description>I agree. Most bodybuilders feel that cardio eats muscle and will only walk on a treadmill on an incliine. Personally, I dont even feel like I&#039;ve worked out unless I&#039;ve worked up a sweat doing some cardio.</description>
