		<description>It is definitely true that somebody will give more if  they feel an urgent need.  About half of my personal training clients come to me because of a 'crisis' in their lives.  

Those people are usually the ones with the greatest drive and the greatest desire to make the change required.  

If I had to put it into a neat soundbyte, i might say that "ambivalence breeds ambivalent results" when it comes to personal training.</description>

Helping people keep themselves fit is a tremendous responsibility, not to mention the sacrifices you  and your client has to go through to achieve "the goal". It is a very exhilarating experience to see someone morph into a person with a great body, a healthy lifestyle and a great attitude!</description>
