An exercise regime can be hard to stick to. Problems and interruptions to daily life always come along and training an easily be pushed to the back of the priority list. But dig in deep. Take a second to think why you started a regime in the first place? What goals were you trying to achieve? Use that reason to drive you on. Exercise is a great way to relieve stress, as I’m sure you’ll agree in the current economic difficulties we are all feeling at the minute, stress is pretty predominant. Stay focused and take care of your yourselves and your bodies.
